This role is critical in deploying, managing, and optimizing our proprietary IoT hardware and AI-driven maintenance solutions at challenging sites, including manufacturing, shipping, oil & gas, and more. You will ensure that our field deployments operate smoothly, enabling uninterrupted data collection and analysis. As an associate, you will be the face of our company at client locations, responsible for installing our products and providing on-site support. Your role requires a blend of technical prowess and customer service skills to ensure the successful setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our solutions, while fostering positive client relationships and technical reliability. As part of our IoT, AI, and Data Analytics team, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a talented, international team to deliver industrial-grade solutions that drive cognitive maintenance, machine health monitoring, and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Deployment & Project Coordination Plan and execute IoT hardware deployments tailored to client site requirements. Perform on-site installation and configuration of our software and hardware solutions. Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Product, Sales) to ensure smooth installation, integration, and commissioning of devices. Infrastructure Management Maintain the stability and reliability of deployed IoT systems to ensure uninterrupted data flow. Monitor device performance, diagnose, and resolve technical issues proactively. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide on-site and hands-on technical support to resolve client hardware-related issues quickly. Train clients on product usage and maintenance best practices. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime. Resource Optimization Ensure deployments are efficiently done to meet project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and setup of materials. Document, administer, and improve SOPs for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure all deployments adhere to safety, quality, and industry standards. Revisit sites for routine maintenance checks and client follow-ups. Work with QA to validate device performance and system reliability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company installation standards. Reporting & Documentation Prepare deployment reports, including resource usage, timelines, and technical outcomes. Document installation processes and client interactions in our CRM. Maintain detailed technical documentation for future reference and process improvements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field. Fresh graduates who are passionate about IoT hardware deployment and field engineering are welcome to apply. Proficient with at least one scripting or programming language. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in IoT device setup, calibration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with industrial sensors and communication protocols, including but not limited to MQTT, Zigbee, LoRaWAN, and NTP. Self-driven and able to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities effectively. Strong communication skills in English. Excited about working onsite and traveling locally and internationally for deployments. Experience working with edge devices, gateways, and cloud integration. Bonus Requirements Certifications in electrical, mechanical, or related fields. Previous internships in a client-facing role. Strong communication skills in an additional language such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Korean, or Arabic. Certifications in related WSQ and ISO standards.
