Join our dynamic team in Tuas and contribute to our continued success in a fast-paced, safety-conscious, and innovative environment.Job ResponsibilitiesAs an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support in the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Your role will focus on employee relations, recruitment, record-keeping, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation, induction, and exit interviews.• Coordinate training schedules and track employee development initiatives.• Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports, including payroll support and leave management.• Help manage employee benefits and ensure timely processing of claims.• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.• Ensure compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) regulations and other employment laws.• Maintain a filing system for HR documents and records.• Assist with any other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.Required Qualifications and Skills• Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role is preferred but not required.• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations is a plus.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., SAP, HRIS) is advantageous.• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.• Experience with MOM compliance and HR reporting is a plus.• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PMSaturday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PMHow to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to send their resume to We look forward to reviewing your application.
