You will provide an elevated client experience, combining expert product knowledge with impeccable service to create timeless, personalized garments for a discerning clientele. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Partner with CRM teams to identify and build relationships with loyal customers, offering tailored styling consultations. Consultation & Fitting: Guide clients through fabric selection, styling options, and customization details; conduct measurements and fittings to ensure a flawless, personalized fit. Garment Execution: Oversee the end-to-end MTM process — from pinning and alterations to order submission and quality checks. Product Mastery: Stay current on product knowledge, tailoring techniques, and brand guidelines through ongoing training. CRM Excellence: Maintain detailed client profiles to enable a personalized, seamless clienteling experience. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury fashion, tailoring, or client-facing retail. Strong sense of style and deep appreciation for craftsmanship. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering refined client experiences. Proficiency in basic business systems and CRM tools. Additional Information Comprehensive MTM and brand training provided. Boutique-based role with rotating shifts as required. Competitive remuneration and benefits package.
