Job Description:

  • Initiate and manage AI projects.
  • Discover opportunities within BAU.
  • Identify technical requirements and manage risks.
  • Develop proof of concept (on demand).
  • Manage and track projects.
  • Develop end-to-end AI applications.
  • Develop workflows and prompt engineering.
  • Collaborate with the tech team on platform and model development.
  • Support AI application operations and optimization.
  • Design and implement evaluation methods.
  • Responsible for testing before release.
  • Track indicators post-release.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in AI-related jobs or project management.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects on time.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passionate commitment to AI application development.
  • Experience in building LLM workflows and prompt engineering.
  • Programming skills: Python (entry level), SQL (mid-level).
  • Understanding of cloud backend systems like EC2, Hive, Elasticsearch.
  • Experience in LLM fine-tuning, e.g., SFT, RLHF.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
