As a Software Engineer, you'll be part of a hands‐on team experimenting with different types of AI technologies and tools from Generative AI that creates to Agentic AI that reasons and acts. This traineeship gives you the opportunity to design, build, and deploy AI tools that drive corporate automation, helping shape a smarter, more efficient, and human‐centred workplace. What To Expect Explore, prototype, and implement various types of AI solutions and tools including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and other automation frameworks; with a focus on corporate process automation. Build and test intelligent systems such as AI‐powered assistants, workflow bots, and smart automation tools to improve internal operations. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to identify high‐impact business areas where AI can drive efficiency and innovation. Develop and refine AI workflows, including prompt design, LLM integration, and retrieval‐augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. Support the full lifecycle of AI implementation from ideation and proof‐of‐concept to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. Stay plugged into emerging AI trends and technologies, sharing insights and experimental findings with the wider team. Job Requirements How to explore and experiment with different AI models and frameworks to create automation and productivity tools. The fundamentals of Generative AI and Agentic AI, and how they can be applied to solve real business challenges. Practical skills in AI prototyping, prompt engineering, and working with APIs. How to integrate AI systems into existing business workflows and applications. The importance of ethical, secure, and responsible AI practices. How to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced, agile team environment, from ideation to delivery.
