They are seeking
Principal and Lead Product Managers
who are passionate about shaping impactful technology solutions and driving large-scale digital transformation. As a senior product leader, you will define strategy, guide execution, and deliver products that make a real difference to businesses and consumers. You will partner with world-class engineers, designers, and stakeholders to launch and scale innovative digital products that serve millions.
Responsibilities
Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for complex, high-impact initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle using agile methodologies.
Drive 0→1 product launches and scale successful products over time.
Champion user needs, applying UX/UI design principles and user-centered design.
Translate data and insights into actionable product decisions.
Manage diverse stakeholders, align priorities, and influence senior decision-makers.
Mentor and coach product managers, building a high-performing product culture.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
At least 5-10 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2C SaaS, or from hi tech companies
Strong track record of launching, scaling, and evolving impactful digital products.
Skilled in agile methodologies and full product lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influence skills.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design.
Product Leadership:
Ability to define vision, own outcomes, and lead multi-year product execution.
Data-Driven Decision-Making:
Able to turn data into insights and financial intelligence.
User-Centric Thinking:
Designs with users in mind, balancing operational workflows with intuitive UX.
Systems Thinking:
Comfortable navigating complexity and diverse stakeholder environments.
Coaching & Team Growth:
Experienced in mentoring others and shaping high-performing teams.
