Senior Product Manager

**As a Guru you will be accountable for**:

- Create and drive a comprehensive product roadmap for both B2B or B2C segments, aligning with business objectives and market demands.
- Lead ideation, development, launch, and iteration of approaches to enhance revenue and user experience across desktop, mobile, and apps for both B2B or B2C customers.
- Spearhead the design of new products, providing recommendations in product types and cost analysis to cater to the needs of both B2B or B2C markets.
- Collaborate with data scientists to develop innovative ideas, algorithms, and methods to optimize value for end-users, improve customer retention, and drive engagement for both B2B or B2C offerings.
- Define hypotheses for new features, measuring success against clearly defined goals and metrics, and collaborate with business and data science teams to design, conduct, and analyze A/B tests for both B2B or B2C products.
- Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps, and generating new ideas to grow market share, enhance customer experience, and drive growth across B2B or B2C segments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful launch execution and clear consumer messaging for key product roll-outs in both B2B or B2C markets.
- Assess market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors' offerings, understanding the SEA online/mobile real estate market, and staying abreast of the competitive landscape.

**We're looking for someone who**:

- Proven experience in product management, preferably with experience in both B2B /B2C environments.
- Strong analytical, business, project management, and organizational skills to effectively drive product initiatives.
- In-depth understanding of web standards, design, and usability principles to ensure product excellence across B2B /B2C platforms.
- Strategic thinking skills to translate market insights and business objectives into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a commitment to driving product excellence and customer value.
