Associate Lecturer for Visual Communication Design (SBM)Must be able to teach at least one of the following subjects: Introduction to Typography Introduction to Graphic Design Intro to User Experience Design Explorations in Visualisation Explorations in Colour and Context Explorations in Image and Meaning Professional Cultures in Design Design, Purpose, People and Place User Experience and Web Design Transmedia and Motion Graphics Brand Communication Visual Systems Design in the Pluriverse User Experience and Interaction Design Brand Strategy and Systems Visual Narrative Design for Social Change Editorial Design and Production Transformation: Discourse in Design Able to conduct lectures, tutorials, and workshops. Mark and provide ongoing feedback on all coursework and assessments related to the contracted subject(s). Administer tests and quizzes where necessary. Conduct student counselling and consultation sessions as needed. Engage in student development by providing strong learning support and monitoring of students’ academic performance via required feedback to the school administration. Provide ongoing feedback for the improvement and moderation process as needed by the institution/university partner. Participate in pedagogical training activities that may periodically be offered by PSB Academy. Contribute to the review, design and development of high-quality curriculum and course materials. Availability for both daytime and evening classes. Job Requirements: Teaching and/or working experience in a relevant area preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
