Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the communications team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Develop and implement visual communication strategies that align with our clients' brand guidelines and objectives.
- Create visually appealing designs for various mediums, including print collateral, digital platforms, social media, multimedia presentations, and infographics.
- Utilize design software and tools to produce high-quality visual assets.
- Work closely with copywriters and content creators to ensure the visual elements complement the overall message and narrative.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual communication design, incorporating innovative ideas into projects.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a visual communications designer or a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of current design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of visual communication design projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Experience in working with diverse clients and industries.
