Fraud Intelligence Specialist

Responsibilities:
Apply investigational and analytics skills to monitor and analyze potential fraudulent cases and produce root cause analysis reports with value-added risk mitigation suggestions.
Design and deliver insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Understand Singpass-related scams and their impact on the anti-fraud ecosystem.
Identify relevant Singpass logs corresponding to various modus operandi.
Proficient with existing fraud modus and accurately label fraudulent transactions for machine modeling and fraud trending.
Synthesize and analyze data to support anti-fraud operations, process improvements, and decision-making for product teams.
Work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in data analytics within the anti-scam space is highly preferred.
Proficiency in SQL/Python and experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data.
Strong data analysis and correlation skills, with the ability to work through complex and unfamiliar datasets and identify characteristics of different scenarios.
Proven success in working independently and within a team.
Able to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
