System Administrator Role Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Enter supplier invoices into accounting system
  • Process and enter staff claims
  • Makes payments for supplier invoices
  • Generate Purchase Invoices and Sales Invoices, entering sales invoices into accounting system
  • Perform general journal entries for month-end closing
  • Assist with filing and ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by manager
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or higher NITEC in Accounting or equivalent qualifications (LCCI/CAT)
  • Accounts payable experience; knowledge of SAP or Navision systems advantageous
  • No prior experience required as comprehensive training will be provided

This is a 3-month contract position with a 5-day workweek from 9am to 6:15pm. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Please note that this role is based in Jurong East, Singapore.
