What You’ll Do Expertly handle third‐party copyright and trademark requests with high standards of care and attention to detail. Handle sensitive, sometimes urgent internal escalations with poise, excellent judgment, and clear communication. Identify and communicate trends and synthesize customer/partner feedback to influence program and team objectives, presenting insights to senior stakeholders. Proactively take ownership of assigned work and projects from conception to completion, actively seeking feedback and communicating progress. Review existing processes and recommend impactful, right‐sized solutions and efficiency gains. Leverage tools and training models to enhance policy enforcement, working closely with product and policy teams to support tool development and refinement. Work cross‐functionally with Legal, Safety, Community, and Engineering teams to efficiently carry out responsibilities. Serve on the Trust & Safety Policy global Emergency Disclosure Requests (EDRs) and Emergency Removal Requests (ERRs) rotation requiring on‐call work. What We’re Looking For 3+ years directly relevant APAC experience handling global legal requests and escalations regarding intellectual property issues. Native Indonesian and/or Hindi language expertise required; additional languages (Japanese, Arabic, Dutch) plus. Experience working with other Trust & Safety issues (content moderation, government/law enforcement removal requests, NSFW content) is a strong plus. Excellent communicator collaborating and aligning across multiple functions. Proactive, motivated self‐starter thriving in unstructured environments, making informed decisions independently. Strong writing and project management skills. Data‐driven approach to problem solving. Superior organizational skills and attention to detail. Prior experience in a global team and working across time zones with flexibility on working hours.
