The Director Admissions & Public Relations at GIBS Business School is a pivotal member of the leadership team, entrusted with the strategic oversight of the student admissions process and brand communication. Your role involves spearheading national-level admissions campaigns, enhancing institutional visibility, managing PR activities, and ensuring a cohesive brand message across all platforms. As a dynamic leader with a results-oriented approach and exceptional stakeholder management skills, you will lead a high-performance team towards achieving set enrollment targets and maintaining consistent brand positioning.Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:Admissions Strategy & Operations: You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end student admission process for various programs, developing annual admissions strategies aligned with institutional objectives, executing outreach campaigns through diverse channels, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector. Monitoring performance metrics, overseeing selection processes, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for students will be crucial aspects of your role.Public Relations & Branding: Acting as the face of GIBS, you will drive robust PR strategies to enhance institutional visibility nationally and internationally, maintain strong media relations, and oversee the creation of impactful content across multiple platforms. Collaborations with educational entities, influencers, and partner organizations will be integral to bolstering the institutions brand presence.Digital Marketing & Communications: Collaboration with digital and creative teams for lead generation, brand promotion, and engagement across social media platforms will be essential. Supervising the development of marketing collateral and leveraging data analytics to optimize marketing efforts will be key components of your role.Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Building and nurturing relationships with industry leaders, alumni, and other stakeholders, representing GIBS at various forums, and inspiring and managing the Admissions & PR team to achieve performance goals will be central to your responsibilities. Developing team capacity, fostering a target-driven culture, and ensuring excellence within the department will be critical for success.To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of progressive experience in admissions, marketing, or PR, preferably in the education sector. Your proven track record of meeting and exceeding admissions targets, strong outreach skills, leadership abilities, and familiarity with traditional and digital marketing tools will be instrumental in driving success in this position. Being tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics, and marketing platforms will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.,
