Hospital/Clinic working environment
Salary: $10 per hour
Work Location: Rostered based on operations needs
One north and Jurong East (Walking distance from MRT) (Schedule Location Roster will be given in advance)
Dress code: Either Polo Tee (white/navy colour) or Blouse with black or dark coloured long pants and covered shoes.
Work duration: 3+3 months Extendable/Convertible (Immediate)
Working days: 5 days, off on Weekends & Public Holiday
Working hours: 8.00am-4.30pm (Mon-Fri)
Job Duties
Manage the one-stop Healthier SG Service counter and provide assistance to patients for Healthier SG.
Assist with HSG assisted enrolment through small group sharing and one-to-one engagement with patients in polyclinic, via the mobile app or system application.
Explain to patients the benefits of HSG initiatives and the importance to enrol, make the first visit to review Health Plan with the Primary Care Provider, fulfil the care gaps of screenings and vaccinations and follow up for review annually.
Attend to HSG related enquiries from patients and caregivers.
Incentives management for patients who have completed their P4P and HSG screenings and vaccinations. Assist to conduct peer audit on incentives tracking at clinics.
Requirements
Entry level with passion for healthcare are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills.
Patient and comfortable when explaining/ answering queries from the senior patients.
Customer service oriented, passionate about serving & interacting with people and prepared to go the extra mile.
Technology-savvy.
Must be comfortable with prolonged standing, climbing of stairs and being on the move.
