Senior Software Engineer - High-Volume Systems Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Software Engineer to join our team as a High-Volume Systems Expert. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to deliver high-quality software solutions.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions for high-volume systems such as Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of these systems, while also meeting business requirements and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software solutions for high-volume systems using modern technologies and tools;
  • Maintain and improve existing software systems, ensuring they meet evolving business needs;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and test software solutions;
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure software quality and reliability;
  • Provide technical support and training to users and colleagues;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience;
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in software design, development, and maintenance, preferably in high-volume systems;
  • Strong skills in software development lifecycle (SDLC) documentation, backend development, and system support;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Relevant certifications in software engineering, project management, or related fields preferred;
