Job Title Head of Design - APAC & ME Job Description As part of the Divisional Product & Design Leadership Team, you will lead our design practice across APAC & ME. You will partner closely with technology leaders and product owners in each market to attract new customers and grow our active user base. Your responsibilities include: Owning the end-to-end design process from ideation to implementation – UX, UI, prototyping, and hand‑off. Building and maintaining a design system that can be applied across multiple countries. Rapidly prototyping, testing, and iterating design concepts. Leading user research and incorporating findings into design decisions. Communicating design vision to stakeholders at all levels. Collaborating with other designers, product owners, and developers to create a high‑performance delivery team. Providing coaching and leadership to a geographically distributed team of designers. Advancing the organization’s design language and ensuring consistency. Key Qualification Requirements What you’ll need for this role: 7+ years of experience delivering global, large‑scale product‑led solutions. Strong typography, grid, and cross‑platform UI skills. Capacity to manage complexity around data, numbers, and workflow design. Proficiency in creating working prototypes and interactive design solutions. Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills. Proven record of delivering concept‑to‑product work. Experience building and maintaining design systems. Awareness of modern design trends and patterns. Attention to detail across all stages of the design process.
