The Team Cundall's Structural Engineering team pride themselves on their exemplary track record of designing innovative and sustainable structural solutions that minimise the use of natural resources.As one of the longest established of Cundall's many disciplines, the Structural team are a source of world leading expertise and offer a pro-active and collaborative approach to skill development, and professional excellence.The team now looks for an enthusiastic and talented Principal Structural Engineer to join the Singapore team.The Role This excellent opportunity would see you being based in our office in Singapore and working on some of the most exciting projects across Asia and internationally.As part of our established team of expert engineers and technicians, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will lead a project team in delivering projects throughout the entire process of structural engineering design, from conceptual design stage towards construction.You will act as a mentor to provide coaching and training to junior engineers.The Skills Accredited BEng or MEng degree level (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering You'll have proven experience of managing medium / large size projects and delivering to time and budgetary deadlines, whilst complying with operational and other procedures. You'll have broad and deep technical knowledge in Structural Engineering, plus demonstrable understanding of other disciplines. Familiar with local codes of practice and authority submission and approval procedures. Must be Registered as Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore. Competent user of relevant structural engineering software. Given the collaborative and client focused nature of this role, excellent communication skills and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential.
