Business Solutions Expert

  • Drive expert technical pre-sales support for opportunities involving cutting-edge network products and solutions.

Job Overview:

As a Business Solutions Expert, you will provide high-level technical support for sales opportunities involving Cisco, Aruba, Palo, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Beyond Trust, and Efficient IP network products and solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying project risks and providing mitigation measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers early on to discuss selling network solutions - RFQ & tender.
  • Understand and gather customer requirements and offer complete and cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare solution write-ups, bills of material, and engage the Service Delivery team for professional effort.
  • Ensure the completeness of technical terms and conditions.
  • Conduct/Lead in technical presentations and clarification sessions.
  • Identify project risk (technical & execution) and provide mitigation measures.
  • Integrate network solutions with support from other competency presales solutions consultants.
  • Upon contract award, conduct transition/handover and briefing to the project implementation team on the overall solution and design.
  • Stay up-to-date with product technology and certifications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT-related fields.
  • At least 5 years in infrastructure/network presales experiences.
  • Network Certified - CCNP/CCIE , Aruba Certification preferred.
  • Good knowledge in virtualization and cloud (IaaS) technology.
  • Customer service oriented, good team player, technically inclined.
  • Must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting.
