Job Description As the APAC Technology & Automation Analyst, you will support the development, deployment, and continuous enhancement of digital tools and workflow automations across the APAC region. In this role, you will collaborate closely with global service delivery teams, IT, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, streamline operations, and deliver scalable tech solutions that drive efficiency and business impact. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting implementation using a variety of technologies such as low-code/no-code platforms, RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate), data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and internal digital platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with a passion for using technology to improve business efficiency. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and are eager to continuously learn, adapt, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
