Project Development Specialist
Project development specialists play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from planning and coordination to monitoring and control.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
2. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
3. Engage with cross-functional teams to meet delivery milestones and provide essential technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Collaborate with engineers to review and evaluate engineering deliverables to ensure alignment with project standards and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering preferred.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3. Familiarity with design and visualization software such as AutoCAD and BIM is an advantage.
4. Strong decision-making and leadership qualities.
5. Effective time management and organizational abilities.
6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
7. Experience in project supervision and coordination, with good understanding of project workflows and timelines.
