Job Overview:

As a Technology Delivery Manager, you will lead the development team in creating technology solutions that meet business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze and review enhancements for compatibility and adherence to operating guidelines.

You will be responsible for understanding technical solutions from design through to implementation level. Key responsibilities include project planning, coordination with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate will be a dependable and result-oriented technology delivery manager who can comfortably work in a large development organization. They should have good knowledge of cards, loyalty and rewards, and cards issuing functions, as well as experience with large-scale Cards migration on Cardlink or cryptography.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar domain
  • More than 12 years of delivery record in developing global/ regional Cards solutions
  • Minimum 7 years of technology experience, including 5 years as System Analyst capacity
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
