Job Title:
Become a Cafe Operations Manager and join our vibrant team in the Siglap/Bedok area. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
As a Cafe Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising store operations, managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards. You will also be expected to foster a positive work culture that emphasizes teamwork and collaboration. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining quality control in food and beverage preparation and conducting regular store inspections. Furthermore, you must be comfortable around canines and be willing to interact with animals frequently. Requirements:
To be successful as a Cafe Operations Manager, you must have experience in a similar managerial role. You should be a responsible team player who is able to work effectively with others. Additionally, you must have the ability to do simple cooking and preparing drinks. Barista skills are an advantage, but training will be provided. You should also have a passion for coffee making and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences in the F&B industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role. Finally, you must have a strong love for dogs/cats of all sizes and be willing to spend your day playing with them and cleaning up after accidents. Benefits:
