Lead Product Strategist

At our company, we are seeking an accomplished Product Strategist to spearhead product vision and growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that drive revenue, market share, and customer success.

This is not a project management or Scrum Master role – we need a product leader who understands business impact and how to scale a B2B SaaS product.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-impact software solutions in collaboration with leadership.
  • Define go-to-market (GTM) strategies for products, including pricing, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Assess and optimize sales and market share performance, working closely with the CEO and Business Development, and Marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion.
  • Identify scalable opportunities through market research, user feedback, and competitor analysis.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Bridge the gap between business and engineering, ensuring features are prioritized to maximize business impact and product-market fit.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to craft delightful experiences that drive adoption and retention.
  • Review and refine product specifications, scoping out new features and innovations based on customer needs, industry trends, and technical feasibility.
  • Continuously iterate on the product, gathering insights from customers, engineering advancements, and market shifts.

  • Proactive & autonomous with the ability to think outside the box and take initiative.
  • An expert in stakeholder management with exceptional communication skills.
