Service Crew Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Service Crew to join our team. As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly, creating a positive first impression of our establishment.

  • Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their food and beverages promptly.

  • Handle customer requests or concerns in a polite and prompt manner, resolving issues in a professional and courteous way.

  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and service stations, adhering to high standards of hygiene and sanitation.

  • Clear and sanitize tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring that the dining area is always clean and tidy.

  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times, protecting the health and well-being of customers and colleagues.

  • Work closely with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations, communicating effectively and responding to changing situations.

  • Refill condiments, utensils, and service supplies as needed, maintaining a fully stocked and organized service area.

  • Assist in opening, closing, and daily setup tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team.

  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
