You will be a key senior member of the Investment Team that is responsible for growing and enhancing an established real estate investment trust (“REIT”) which is listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX‑ST”) with a global mandate to expand internationally. Job Description Source and identify suitable opportunities / targets for the REIT in existing and new markets Carry out underwriting and executing transactions, as well as development and execution of investment strategies Develop market intelligence and maintain strong relationships with investment partners, brokerage firms, property consultants and other industry players for relevant market expansion Work with the senior team to prepare bids and structure investment deals Involve in due diligence process, including tax structuring, negotiating and legal documentation of investment agreements and related contracts Prepare investment theses / proposals on investment opportunities for deal approval documentation Work with junior members of the team to review financial modelling and feasibility studies for investment opportunities Support fund raising and other capital market projects from time to time Key Qualification A good degree in Finance, Real Estate, additional qualifications like an MBA or CFA will be favourably considered At least 15 years of experience in an investment role Strong prior experience in conducting feasibility studies and deal structuring Excellent financial acumen, negotiating and analytical skills Structured, methodical and with experience delivering concise, professional and relevant papers Strong team player Excellent presentation and communication skills Diversity brings us closer to the communities we serve.
