Leverage your analytical expertise to drive pricing excellence across country markets, ensuring tailored rates are accurately assessed and implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Analysis: Conduct comprehensive customer pricing analysis for country requests regarding special rates, leveraging data insights to inform informed decisions.
  • Customized Pricing Initiatives: Develop non-standard pricing initiatives (customized PIDs) for special rates in the Global Rate Engine (GRE).
  • GPI Management: Support the annual General Price Increase (GPI) exercise, driving business growth through strategic rate adjustments.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Critical Customer Insights: Analyze customer requests from country pricing teams, ensuring thorough understanding of input information and strategy.
  • Data Extraction and Reporting: Extract relevant data for existing customer business and prepare concise pricing analysis reports.
  • Sales Analysis and Forecasting: Simulate and analyze entire customer business with existing and potential volumes using advanced pricing tools and systems.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations to customers based on pricing analysis, driving business outcomes.
  • Promoting Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by initiating and running projects and workshops focused on process enhancements.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure accurate data management and cleansing in accordance with policies.

Addition Responsibilities:

  • Rate Card Development: Create customized rate cards from scratch as needed and/or price initiative documents in the GRE system based on country pricing teams' input.
  • Country Request Interpretation: Interpret overall country requests for price levels and translate these into specific target prices in customized PIDs.
  • PID Compliance: Ensure PIDs adhere to GRE standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Talent Development: Train new colleagues on job responsibilities and conduct audits to ensure quality work delivery.
  • PID Decommissioning: Retire outdated customized PIDs to maintain system integrity.
  • GRE Deployment Support: Participate in GRE deployment activities to support the creation of customised PIDs during the rating freeze period.
  • Escalation Support: Assist GRE countries in addressing system issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • GPI Execution: Execute GPI for GRE countries and Off-cycle GPI for GRE countries, ensuring seamless business operations.
