Job Title: Laboratory Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in laboratory operations, quality control, and data analysis.

Job Description

The Laboratory Technologist will be responsible for performing quality control analysis on materials at various stages of the manufacturing process. This includes operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting lab facilities, monitoring and measuring devices, and scheduling or performing preventive maintenance/servicing or calibration works.

The technologist will also be responsible for ensuring outgoing product conformity status meets delivery schedules, generating analysis reports and certificates of assurance for customers, establishing and reviewing standard operating procedures and records for compliance with ISO standards.

In addition, the technologist will perform data analysis and initiate investigations when out-of-control/specification situations arise, implement continual improvement plans or projects for quality management system effectiveness, and enforce good laboratory and safety practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in laboratory operations, quality control, and data analysis
  • Knowledge of laboratory instruments such as Ion Chromatographs, ICP-MS, ICP-OES, UV-Spectrophotometer & Photometric-Titrator
