We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the planning and execution of events both locally in Singapore and globally. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in project coordination, event operations, and gaming culture, who is eager to grow into a leadership position in event and project management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event Planning & Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of gaming tournaments, brand activations, and community events.
  • Support in preparing event timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
  • Provide on-ground support during events, ensuring smooth operations and logistics handling.

2. Project Coordination:

  • Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations, and production) to meet project objectives.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to the team.
  • Assist with post-event evaluations and compile feedback to improve future projects.

3. Gaming Event Support:

  • Coordinate logistics for esports tournaments, product launches, and fan engagement activities.
  • Support partnerships with publishers, esports teams, and community stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on gaming and esports trends to contribute ideas for engaging event experiences.

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Support:

  • Assist in managing relationships with vendors, venues, and contractors.
  • Support communications with clients, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure deliverables are met.

5. Production & Logistics Assistance:

  • Help coordinate AV, stage design, live broadcasts, and production requirements.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, permits, and compliance documentation as required.
  • Ensure all safety and regulatory guidelines are supported.

6. Global & Regional Exposure:

  • Assist in delivering events across Southeast Asia and international markets. Adapt to cultural and logistical differences when supporting regional events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English is necessary; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in project or event support (entry-level experience acceptable).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Passion for gaming and esports is a plus.
