Job Title: Medical Informatics Manager
This role is responsible for leading a team in the implementation of Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR) system. As a key liaison between clinical, IT and operational teams, you will play a crucial part in defining project scope, training objectives and measurable deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support application leads by coordinating analyst assignment.
  • Act as a liaison to define project scope, training objectives and measurable deliverables.
  • Design, develop and manage comprehensive training programs ensuring end-user readiness across all institutions and departments.
  • Lead planning, scheduling and delivery of training initiatives aligning with project timelines and organizational priorities.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, making continuous improvements.
  • Ensure training strategy supports overall vision and mission, focusing on improved patient outcomes, enhanced user experience and operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in clinical information systems, IT project management and preferably in a healthcare environment, including at least 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and project coordination.
  • Certification in Epic Electronic Medical Record system application is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
