Job Title: Medical Informatics Leader

As a medical informatics leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of our Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR) system.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project scope and ensure effective project definition, training objectives, and measurable deliverables.
  • Act as a key liaison between clinical, IT, and operational teams to define project scope, training objectives, and measurable deliverables.
  • Design, develop, and manage a comprehensive training program that ensures end-user readiness across all institutions and departments.
  • Lead planning, scheduling, and delivery of training initiatives in alignment with project timelines and organizational priorities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in clinical information systems, IT project management, and preferably in a healthcare environment, including at least 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
  • A strong understanding of clinical workflows and project coordination is essential for success in this role.
  • Certification in the Epic Electronic Medical Record system application is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
