Connecting within-host viral dynamics with the epidemiology of COVID-19 requires a multiscale approach. This project aims to develop a framework and computational infrastructure to bridge this gap, addressing key public health questions that traditional methods cannot answer. Specifically, we will focus on SARS-CoV-2 and investigate the impact of antiviral treatments on epidemiological dynamics.
