Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
- Drive business development, build long-term client relationships, and expand the firm’s market presence.
- Source for suitable candidates through advertising campaigns, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of working experience in recruitment/ executive search
- Background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Centres, Energy, Chemical, Oil and Gas sectors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
