Assistant Manager, Client Onboarding (Trust)

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to join Vistra in Singapore as Assistant Manager, Client Onboarding (Trust). This role is part of the Private Client team and focuses on onboarding and transition to Trust Relationship Management (TRM).

Responsibilities

  • Primary scope of assisting new business onboarding at Business Development (BD) and effective transition to Trust Relationship Management (TRM)
  • Assist BD in communicating and liaising with intermediaries/clients for onboarding purposes
  • Engagement with 2 significant counterparts of (a) TRM to effect smooth transition of PW solutions' life cycle from onboarding to TRM; and (b) Compliance to ensure that commercial activities and new business onboarding comply with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies and standards
  • Managing end-to-end process in the establishment of Trust
  • Assist in preparation of regular or ad-hoc Group or Regional business reports
  • Conduct ad hoc trainings to Shared Service Center

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance
  • STEP Diploma professional certification would be an advantage
  • 4-6 years of relevant working experience
  • Organized, meticulous, pro-active
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and strong relationship management skills
  • Strong work ethics, professional, approachable, results oriented
  • Knowledge of the trust regulatory and compliance regime
