Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Private Client team as Assistant Manager, Client Onboarding. This is a full-time and permanent position based in Singapore.

The role involves onboarding and transition to Trust Relationship Management (TRM) and ensuring that commercial activities and new business onboarding comply with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies and standards.Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance
  • STEP Diploma professional certification would be an advantage
  • 4-6 years of relevant working experience
  • Organized, meticulous, pro-active
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and strong relationship management skills
  • Strong work ethics, professional, approachable, results oriented
  • Knowledge of the trust regulatory and compliance regime

The successful candidate will engage with counterparts of TRM to effect smooth transition of PW solutions' life cycle from onboarding to TRM; and Compliance to ensure that commercial activities and new business onboarding comply with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies and standards. They will manage end-to-end process in the establishment of Trust and assist in preparation of regular or ad-hoc Group or Regional business reports. Additionally, they will conduct ad hoc trainings to Shared Service Center.
