Description
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer suitable product solutions
Conduct product demos and presentations, effectively articulating the value proposition to prospective clients
Coordinate with sales teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
Suggest workarounds to system to fit client needs
(Implementation)
Communicate with customers to understand customer needs and provide solutions
Responsible for the preparation of project documents and development of the project plan, as well as to manage progress of the project and changes
Complete the final function test during the project implementation process to meet customers’ requirements
Provide system training for clients and provide required support
Any other tasks assigned by manager
Skills and Competencies
At least 3 years' experience in implementing HR systems
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Independent and detail-oriented, able to work in fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build authentic client relationships
Strong communication and problem-solving ability
