Our goal is to merge art, culture, and chemistry into one captivating sensory experience, and we’re seeking a polished and well-connected Sales and Marketing Manager to help us expand our reach. Role Overview: We are seeking the Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners, as well as leveraging B2 C connections to drive community engagement, sales and event participation. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through customized gift products, special collaborations, and event sponsorships. This role will also assist in business development and sales opportunities in driving growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2 B sales, exceptional networking skills, and a passion for beauty and luxury products. Key responsibilities : Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients in a different industry Conceptualize and execute strategic collaborations, sponsorships, and event activations. Drive revenue growth through custom gifting solutions, fragrance collaborations, and high-profile events. Create tailored experiential opportunities that align with our brand’s vision. Assist in business development and sales initiatives to further our global expansion. Key Requirements: Fluency in multiple languages is preferred, with French and Italian being an advantage 10+ years of experience in B2 B sales, partnership management, or a similar role. Strong network within both the corporate sector and B2 C communities, with proven ability to close high-value deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative partnership concepts. Passion for beauty, luxury products, and experiential marketing.
