Job Summary:
A dynamic and motivated Culinary Professional is required to drive the success of our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining exceptional standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient production of high-quality dishes while maintaining strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to develop and implement new menu items, recipes, and processes that meet customer expectations and exceed quality standards.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering stocks, and maintaining optimal levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all teams.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication, collaboration, and respect among colleagues.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests and customers.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and data as required, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar culinary role, with a proven track record of success and commitment to excellence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols, with certification in WSQ Food Hygiene preferred.
• Proficiency in recipe development, cost management, and inventory control, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
