In this Role, you’ll get to: Strategic Brand Management Implement global brand strategies aligned with local business goals to increase brand awareness, engagement, and desirability for Trip.com. Develop a deep understanding of the Singapore & Malaysia markets, including target audiences, competitors, and trends, to evolve brand strategies. Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all channels by implementing global guidelines. Brand Marketing Campaign Management Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create engaging content for target audiences. Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using traditional and digital media. Negotiate with media partners for optimal rates and placements. Use data insights to optimize campaigns and drive brand growth. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and consumer behaviors to guide strategic decisions. Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field; 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in travel, e-commerce, or digital platforms. Proficiency in English; Malay language skills are highly desirable for collaboration in Malaysia. Proven success in managing campaigns from planning to optimization. Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
