In this Role, you’ll get to Strategic Brand Management: Implement global brand strategy aligned with local business goals to drive brand awareness, engagement, and desirability for the Trip.com brand. Develop an in-depth understanding of the Singapore & Malaysia markets, including target audiences, competitors, and trends, to evolve brand strategies accordingly. Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels by implementing global brand guidelines. Brand Marketing Campaign Management Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce creative content that resonates with our target audiences. Design and execute high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging traditional and digital media. Negotiate with media partners to secure optimal rates and placements for advertising campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive brand growth. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to guide strategic decisions. Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. What you'll Need to Succeed Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields, with at least 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within travel, e-commerce, online platforms, or leading creative agencies. Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Malay is highly desirable for collaboration with stakeholders in the Malaysian market and local content utilization. Proven success in managing campaigns independently, including planning, testing, creative development, and ongoing optimization. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
