Description About FXTRADING.COM FXT is a fast-growing fintech trading platform with customers across the globe. We’re building a marketing hub in Singapore to scale our global presence. To accelerate this growth, we’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) who can deliver personalized, data-driven communications that engage, nurture, and convert users across their lifecycle. About the Role This role is ideal for someone who blends technical marketing automation expertise with a keen eye for content and performance analytics. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing our email and journey automation programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using data to drive segmentation, A/B testing, and continuous improvement. We will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore and do not require visa sponsorship. What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end email campaign execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, nurture, triggers, workflows, operation emails, Automation Studio, Email Studio, etc.) Design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys and triggered communications for lead nurturing, onboarding, and retention Create, test, and deploy HTML email templates and dynamic content blocks that align with FXT’s branding and campaign objectives Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize subject lines, creative, timing, and personalization Manage and segment email lists and data extensions for targeted communication Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and deliverability best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align email messaging with business priorities and lifecycle stages Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rate) Continuously evolve FXT’s CRM and automation strategy by identifying opportunities for personalization and integration with other marketing channels Stay updated on email marketing trends , deliverability practices, and SFMC feature enhancements What We’re Looking For 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing Experience in data-driven segmentation , dynamic content, and personalization using AMPscript or SQL Proficient in HTML/CSS for email and comfortable troubleshooting rendering issues across clients and devices Demonstrated experience running A/B tests and interpreting results to drive optimization Analytical mindset—confident using performance data to make informed campaign decisions Understanding of email deliverability, data privacy, and compliance standards Advantage if you have experience integrating SFMC with Google Analytics , CRM systems, or data warehouses Interest or experience in fintech, trading, or financial services preferred Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to manage multiple campaigns and timelines in a fast‑paced environment What’s on Offer Direct ownership of FXT’s global email marketing strategy and execution Opportunity to shape and scale lifecycle automation programs across multiple regions Collaborative, international team culture with visibility to leadership Continuous learning environment Career growth opportunities as we expand the Singapore marketing hub Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr Industry Other Category Marketing & Media Sub Category Online Marketing
