Working Hours: 5 Days, 9.30am – 6pm ; Fri till 5.30pm

Location: Somerset 111 (walk distance MRT)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee advertising efforts, including contributions to print magazines.

  • Organize and manage commercial events and activations.

  • Develop and coordinate the production of printed marketing collateral.

  • Execute offline marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Manage the creation and distribution of printed sales kits.

  • Plan and support beauty and wellness roadshows.

  • Prepare printed materials for various events such as fairs, exhibitions, and others.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of marketing materials to ensure accuracy and quality.

  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to facilitate marketing collaborations.

  • Assist with membership-driven initiatives and marketing projects.

  • Support content uploading across DNA Brands' communication platforms.

  • Provide general marketing support, including assistance with events and ad-hoc campaigns, as assigned by the Head of Marketing.

Requirements:

- Only for Singaporeans.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.

  • Able to speak Mandarin to speak with Mandarin-speaking clients.

  • Familiar in copywriting (producing creatives and artworks).

  • Experienced in establishing, running a membership club or event for a company.

  • Experienced in developing marketing collateral (conceptualise and designing).
