JOB TITLE : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER SALARY RANGING : S$4,000 to S$6,000 (Negotiable)Responsibilities Identify corporate and individual clients in China looking to expand to Southeast Asia (mainly Singapore and Thailand). Provide comprehensive services including overseas company structuring, tax planning, business setup, legal consultation, etc. Offer professional offshore asset allocation and management solutions for high-net-worth clients. Analyze market trends, capture business opportunities, and implement sales strategies. Participate in internal training to continuously improve professional knowledge and sales skills. Communicate regularly with teams in Singapore and Thailand to ensure smooth information flow and effective collaboration. Meet sales targets and KPIs, and report progress regularly. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university; majors in marketing, international trade, finance, or law are preferred. At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong sales skills and interpersonal charm; able to build good client relationships. Fluent in English; knowledge of other Southeast Asian languages is a plus. Strong market insight and analytical abilities; able to seize market opportunities quickly. Highly responsible and able to work under pressure. Team player with strong collaboration skills.
