The Project Director is tasked with ensuring project goals align with the company's strategic objectives, managing resources, and upholding standards throughout all phases of the project. They work closely with the Management , contractors and clients to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Their roles and responsibilities include managing project costs, advising clients on cost-saving measures and ensuring compliance with construction regulations and safety standards.
key Responsibilities and Duties
The primary duties of a Project Director include the comprehensive management of project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring each facet adheres to the agreed-upon parameters. Specific tasks involve:
  • Developing and defining project goals and objectives.
  • Overseeing the preparation and allocation of budgets.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned with the project's direction.
  • Implementing risk management processes to mitigate project risks effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance with both internal and industry-specific regulatory standards.
  • Conducting regular project reviews and reporting on progress to the senior management team.
  • Managing project costs including labor, materials and equipment
  • Execute projects work based on drawing / specification.
  • Other duties as delegated by the Management.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in the Construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of an organization and third-party vendors.
  • Good understanding of construction regulations and safety standards
