Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced
Assistant Director / Deputy Director
to support leadership and drive operational excellence in Singapore. You will oversee projects, manage teams, and contribute to organizational strategy and decision-making.
Responsibilities
Assist senior leadership in planning and executing organizational strategies.
Oversee departmental operations, projects, and initiatives to ensure goals are met.
Lead and mentor teams, promoting high performance and professional development.
Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses for executive decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business objectives.
Support policy development, compliance, and risk management activities.
Represent the organization in internal and external meetings, forums, and events.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to inform strategic improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field.
712 years of progressive experience in leadership, management, or strategic roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with strategic thinking mindset.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with Singapore/SEA business and regulatory environment is preferred.
