BMS Assistant Service Engineer Job Opportunity

As a BMS Assistant Service Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sub-contractors to execute maintenance and service works. This involves planning, organizing, coordinating, and implementing preventive maintenance work in a timely manner to ensure compliance with all authorities' and clients' requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Liaise with sub-contractors and vendors for quotations and purchase orders.
  • Perform routine checks, system backups & restoration, troubleshooting, and upgrading/improvement of systems to ensure optimal functioning of Building Management systems.
  • Optimize BMS to reduce overall building energy consumption.
  • Provide technical/operational guidance, engineering solutions to the Facility Management team.

To succeed in this role, you must have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or any related discipline. You should also be a proactive individual who can work independently, possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to multi-task and achieve deliverables on schedule. Training will be provided, and candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply.
