We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a cryptocurrency exchange.
They are looking for a Senior/Lead Product Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality features by collaborating closely with design, frontend, and backend teams. In this position, you will define features, write specifications, conduct user studies, and refine products based on customer feedback. Engaging with customers will be essential to build empathy and ensure their needs are met, alongside conducting market research to inform product strategies. You will prioritize initiatives, balance trade-offs effectively, and develop a roadmap that aligns with strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of product management experience, particularly in AI and computing science, and a proven track record of launching and refining software or financial products at scale. Strong leadership skills, an ability to collaborate across teams, and a data-driven mindset will be key to thriving in this role.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features.
Define features, write specs, conduct user studies, refine based on feedback, and support QA testing.
Engage with customers to build empathy and meet their needs.
Conduct market research to shape product strategies.
Prioritize initiatives and projects, balancing trade-offs.
Develop and maintain the team’s roadmap, aligned with strategic priorities.
Represent the team in cross-functional communications.

5+ years of product management experience, ideally with AI and computing science expertise.
A data-driven approach to identify pain points and optimize AI-driven features.
Skill in defining AI product strategies to boost business impact and user experience.
Proven success launching and refining software or financial products at scale.
Strong leadership, demonstrating initiative and results.
Excellent collaboration with designers, engineers, QA, and other teams.
Aptitude for grasping and applying technical concepts.
