Night Retail Operations Team Member ">

We are seeking highly reliable and detail-oriented team members to join our retail operations team in a night shift role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Receiving & Handling ">
    • ">
    • Receive and check incoming stock deliveries against invoices and delivery orders. ">
    • Unload, sort, and organize products in the store room or sales floor. ">
    • Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the store supervisor. ">

  • Store Setup & Merchandising ">
    • ">
    • Prepare the store layout for the next business day. ">
    • Arrange visual displays and ensure merchandise is presented according to company standards. ">
    • Maintain planograms and signage as required. ">
    ">
  • Shelf Replenishment ">
    • ">
    • Restock shelves and display areas to ensure full product availability. ">
    • Maintain a neat, organized, and hazard-free store environment. ">
    ">
  • Operational & Safety Compliance ">
    • ">
    • Follow all health and safety protocols when handling goods and equipment. ">
    • Operate equipment (pallet jacks, trolleys, etc.) safely and efficiently. ">
    • Ensure all backroom and sales floor areas are secure before shift end. ">

Requirements:

  • A minimum of experience in retail operations, warehousing, or logistics preferred. ">
  • The ability to handle stock movement and standing work during night hours. ">
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work independently. ">
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude. ">
  • Able to commit to night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required. ">
