Your day to day Lead the Host team in delivering a warm and welcoming guest experience for all visitors. Utilize both technical expertise and social skills to maximize guests' dining experiences. Ensure that each guest feels welcomed and receives personalized, attentive service. Supervise cash handling and banking procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Perform cashiering duties during busy hours and handle cash closing procedures. Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports. Manage irregular payments and assist in preparing and managing the department's budget. Promote cost-saving measures and recycling initiatives among staff. People Comply with Standard Operating Procedures and InterContinental Brand Standards. Uphold company grooming and behavior standards. Communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues, and guests, ensuring smooth operations. Participate actively in daily briefings, training sessions, and other scheduled meetings. Foster positive communication between the Front Desk team and other operational departments. Conduct on-the-job training for new team members under the direction of Assistant Managers and the Restaurant Manager. Ensure proper handover procedures for the seamless
