Senior Search Consultant - AEJ Consulting We are expanding our trading technology team and seeking two experienced analysts to join our global support function. Both roles are available in Hong Kong and Singapore. These positions are critical for maintaining the reliability and performance of trading systems that support real-time market activity across global offices. You’ll work closely with traders, portfolio managers, developers, and vendors to resolve issues quickly, improve workflows, and ensure smooth operation of our trading applications. Both roles require rotational shifts and occasional after‐hours support. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple trading applications, including Orchestrade, FlexTrade, Tradeweb, TS Imagine, Enfusion, or Trading Technologies. Monitor system health and identify potential problems before they impact trading. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement solutions and upgrades. Participate in software rollouts, user acceptance testing, and platform enhancements. Maintain documentation, runbooks, and guides for processes, incidents, and escalations. Share knowledge and provide guidance to users on application features and workflows. Review performance metrics and recommend improvements to optimize speed and reliability. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience supporting trading systems in production environments (buy‐side, sell‐side, or vendor). Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes and real‐time trading operations. Hands‐on experience with multiple platforms; Orchestrade experience required for the specialist role. Competent with SQL, FIX, and APIs for analysis and troubleshooting. Ability to work calmly under pressure and communicate technical details clearly to business stakeholders. Flexible to work rotational shifts and on‐call schedules. Additional Skills (Preferred)Scripting/automation experience (Python, PowerShell, Shell). Familiarity with Linux/UNIX or virtualized environments (e.g., Citrix). Knowledge of messaging protocols such as JMS, MQ, or SOAP. Experience with database performance tuning. Background in IT service management or ITIL frameworks.
