Job Title: Sales Engineer – Energy Saving Panels

Remuneration Structure : Basic plus Commission

Job Summary:

The Sales Engineer – Energy Saving Panels (hereinafter referred to as "Sales Engineer (ESP)") is responsible for promoting, selling, and providing technical support for high- performance energy-saving panel solutions used in air-conditioning systems and energy- efficient infrastructure. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales skills to deliver customized solutions that meet client sustainability and energy efficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential customers including developers, architects, contractors, engineers,

and building owners.

  • Understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions using energy-saving panels to their

air-conditioning systems.

  • Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and energy-saving benefit analyses.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external strategic partners (design, engineering, production) to

develop accurate project proposals and quotations.

  • Perform site visits to assess technical feasibility and gather project specifications.

  • Support project tenders and coordinate with consultants to include products in specifications.

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to market expansion strategies.

  • Maintain relationships with key accounts and provide after-sales technical support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Building Science, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in energy-efficient building materials or

green construction.

  • Ability to interpret architectural/engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client engagement and site assessments.
